The check in is very chaotic and machines have taken the place of humans. The room was not ready until after 3. The room itself had poor decor, no mini bar and no coffee machine. The shower is dated and too low for tall people like myself. The staff I have seen were friendly. Sorry not impressed.

Elegant. Classy. The room is very spacious. There are two toilets in the room we stayed in to, and there's even a bathtub! The TV channels does not include HBO, though. But the receptionist is very pleasant and accommodating.

I am impressed with the services in Rio Hotel.. Previous visit to Macau made me having an impression that is quite unfavourable towards the people there However during the recent visit at Rio.. it made me feel welcomed and the services are 👍👍

The hotel and games room (casino) had improved after the recent renovation. Staff and security personnel are generally friendly and helpful.

I love here, when I went in, I so surprise, there have casino at ground floor, and the room so big, even toilet also bigger, in the room u can see hotel provided a smartphone, inside have a lot information, and the phone can bring it out as internet Hotspot. At night, we can go casino to play. Not a small casino, is medium casino, it have 3 floor.
Breakfast, yes, a lot choice to choose, very delicious.

One of the nice hotel to stay. Nice and big rooms. There is a casino in the hotel and you can drink as much water as you want which is good to keep yourself hydrate. And there is a no smoking policy in the casino which is again good for non smokers.

Great loction. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. The room is very big. But the breakfast is not impressive. The water drain in the bathroom does not work well.

Convenient location.
Surrounded with local eateries, public bus stop at door step and easily to catch a taxi.
10min walk to Sands and Wynn where free shuttle bus is available to Cotai.
Smart phone provided in each room which is able to make local calls and used as wifi hotspot at no additional charges.
The bell boy cum concierge is polite and patient to provide information.

Nice staffs, good location, bus stops just right in front of hotel. Plenty of restaurants around for food. Room comes with free phone that u can bring around with free WiFi.

Great Hotel, large rooms, friendly staff. Didn't visit the Casino so can't speak to that. Stayed two nights in a standard room, the room was large enough to accommodate 15 people, didn't know what to do with all that space. Clean and quiet, perfect for people looking to use as a base for Macau adventures.

Friendly staff, good location and fair price. The room and bathroom are very spacious. It provides a free mobile phone with internet access/calls which you can carry it with you during your stay, very convenient for tourists. Even have a "welcome drink" upon arrival.

Staff is helpful. Price is moderate. Normally give upgrade if available. Did not dine in their restaurants, so not sure how they are. Since it is also a casino, guests might be complex for tourists. Maybe it's a fact for most hotels in Macau.

Very posh hotel, given its price, located conveniently in Macau's old city centre. Rooms are big and spacious, though the casino is a little small. The pool is under renovation when we visited in June.

Generally very comfortable if you're just in Macau looking for a place to stay. Do take note that the Rio Spa on the fifth floor is a men only "entertainment" spa.

Honesty dated. Smoking everywhere. Too much emphasis on hiring women and putting them in provocative clothing. Good concierge, very helpful. The casino layout is scattered. The pool is very nice.

Location was a little bit far from the center places, but the room condition was great and it was so spacious enough to our three felt comfortable. Overall it was satisfing stay.(especially the price!)

The Rio does a great job at keeping things premium quality, and are consistently known for being the best in Macau for many things. If you're a keen lad and understand why this is the case, then you've obviously visited the facilities and tested the equipment, and sampled their premium product. If you haven't, then this is something you need to see and experience for yourselves.
