the room is spacious with reasonable price, very near senado square, but there is no lift and we are on 4th floor have to take our own luggage. bathroom is quite big but bathtub can not be used. the hotel is opposite sofitel ponte 16

the price is reasonable for what is offered. very close to st. pauls ruins and other points of interest. very close to shopping district and surrounded with casinos (where I accidentally entered one and lose 100 bucks haha). The staff are very helpful too.

Very good location but does not have elevator. Good muck if you are staying more than 2 nights wuth luggage

The inn is great. The room and its amenities are just what we were looking for. Room service will make up the room daily and put new toiletries. The staff are pleasing, although most of them doesn't know how to speak english they will try their best to accomodate you. Location is conveniently close to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul, around 10 minute walk.

Reasonably priced but the doors are so thin that we could hear other guests that were talking inside their own rooms. Also, beds weren't great. Clean enough, but not super comfortable.

Do not stay in this hotel. A new tower is being built directly opposite it and It is a long way off being completed. The building work starts at 7:30am until 6pm. It is very loud with constant banging and construction, forget any chance of a lay in bed. I think that maybe 50% of the rooms in this hotel are directly facing the construction or will be affected by the noise. There are also no lifts in the hotel so I had to carry 4 heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs (there are 5 flights of stairs in total if you're on the top level). Once in the room there is NO free water; so forget a nice drink once you've just carried your heavy bags up, because this hotel doesn't provide any. There is s kettle in the room and two mugs but NO coffee, milk or sugar. How can a hotel charging $500HK a night not provide free water and coffee?? For what you get I think this hotel is way over priced and we were forced out of bed at 7:30am due to the noise. Lastly, there is also nowhere to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe, so you'll be living out of your suit case. Simply not good enough for the money

Although the room is not spacious but it is clean and has the basic amenities such as kettle, hairdryer and tv. Love the bathroom as it is clean and modern.

Clean,safe and walking distance from almost all tourist spots in Macau.
Make sure you ask where the common pantry is
