Cheap, good location, near of historical places. Staff doesn't speak much English, but they are helpful. Overall it's a good place to stay.

No English conversation. when I arrived there, the room floor filled by water. so changed to lower class over three days staying. The staffs were really unfamiliar.

Value of money, bed bugs are problems for those with allergic skin, the aircon cool enough, old interior, close to ruin of san paolo, 7 11 store at the coner and opposite 7 11 there is bread store (selling pork chop bun ± $ mop 6/7, garlic bread, very good taste), and beside the bread store there is Chinese food store selling ready eat meal ±$27/set.
