  This luxurious Hotel has amenities which are not found everywhere--- for instance a pool in your room??! The Spa services are also quite unique-- and almost "over the top"!!-- but its NOT a complaint!! The emphasis on pools is almost a fantasy-- such as the relaxation pool-- or wooden bathtubs, a steam room and Jacuzzi. The staff are very well trained, "professional" and seem motivated to provide the best assistance and service possible!! The food is well prepared, very attractively presented as well as "Yummy"!! Being located in the "Galaxy Complex" also provides plenty of choices for entertainment, eating and shopping
  The quality is "almost Dreamlike"!!!

  Amazing people and service, always willing to go the extra mile. The room (signature pool suite) are large and spacious (160sq m), the facilities are very accommodating and comfortable. The highlight is the bath tub for two and the lounge pool. This is my third stay and I will look forward to more! Maybe due for an update is the entertainment system, with better responding tv and a bluetooth audio system for a more upto date feature.

  Great hotel, the room we stayed in was very nice. I really wish they had a heated outdoor pool for the kids. Was a little disappointed to find out they shut it down every winter. We had a pool in our room though that the kids did enjoy. The rest of the galaxy complex is also really nice.

  Stay away from this hotel!
  
  Unless you want see cockroaches on your breakfast table and trashed with very loud construction noises during your 3-hour-long royal Banyan tree SPA. The only sorry you get is 10% of your $3,300 bill as if you need the coffee money to accept their insincere apology.
  
  The Suites are way too smaller! Be aware that the pictures on the Macau website are false advertisement. If you had fun at other Banyan Tree locations, (We had great time both at Mayakoba, Mexico and Shanghai, China.) and expecting the same service and comfort level, you are DREAMIMG! The size of the room is kind like the 3-star standard in the west and more horribly is that it's too old and UNCLEAN！

  Damn well near one of the best experiences a hotel can offer! The staff were amazing and attentive, the room smelled great (incense does help), the indoor pool as well as the great tub helped create a relaxing ambiance. The room service was well priced, the casino was busy with people playing baccarat!

  Great hotel. We got a huge room with a pool type thing? Still have no idea what it was Either way we enjoyed our stay in the spacious room.
