Really good hotel super close to the centre - so great value for money. All facilities were very clean and the rooms were huge! We loved our stay here.

Clean hotel. Some ac broke down like the one in my room. Reception lady speaks ok English. Our room was missing flip flop and towel.
No free water is provided. But there's a small market to the left of the hotel. Like 30 ft.response / report this review -

I would give this hotel five stars if not the quality of service. Air conditioning was not working at night time (just blew an air from outside as in a fan mode) and barely working day time. Room change didn't help. Multiple complaints to reception didn't help either. Cleaning was awful in terms of attendance. Make my room lights and signs were ignored through the day and every time we have to call reception. They never put a new toilet paper roll even if there was no paper at all so we were managed to call reception for this thing as well. On checkout they've used dodgy exchange rate without letting us know (although agreed to make a refund a few hours later when I found something is wrong). But rooms were big and nice, breakfast was pretty good, location is close to the city center (although surrounded by various types of clinics and hospitals).

Rooms look good, service is very nice and polite, really good location. Hotel is currently under construction. A few things could be improved, like not insulated cables, broken toster or level of English of staff.

They charge you for the water in the room. Good service staff but lousy management. Not enough food at the buffet, ultra strict timing for meals. We were told we were eating too much, including the teenagers, hence there was not enough food. This was at the buffet Stingy with toilet roll - always give you a quarter roll and you have to keep asking. Same with the soap. We went there as a team and pour team constantly had to argue with the manager to get anything done. The manager even threatened our team leader to a point where we decided to move out of the hotel for our own safety. The hotel was already paid the full price of our ten day stay but refused to refund the balance. We moved anyway.
