  Was here for a conference. In winter the location is in the more smokier parts of UB. Food during lunchtime was cold already. WiFi signals are weak in some parts of the building. View on the upper stories is great though. The service is good and attentive.

  New hotel in UB (opened Dec. 2016). Rooms are up to Holiday Inn standards. Breakfasts are great with good variety of choices. Famous Cafe Bene coffee shop is right there on the first floor. Gym is great with lots of equipment and free weights. Location is 10-15 min walk to Sukhbataar square. Personal needs to know English a bit better.
