pretty good and nice bar view.
Stayed there 3 nights before joining a tour.
Location wise, it is nicely situated on west side of Peace Avenue, which is a very main street in Ulaan Baatar leading to all the main areas in the east.
Although shops are all tiny nearby on the street or in the mall there or opposite the hotel, you can pretty much walk directly to main areas of Ulaan Baatar and various department stores. Walking is by far the best method to get around the city, as there's no luck getting taxis on the street in Ulaan Baatar, since you can only call for taxis at the hotel lobby or with phone (but not many people speak English) and locals use carpooling usually. No taxi international apps there like Uber or Grab. Buses run down Peace Avenue but again, I don't recommend using them if you can't read the Mongolian. The hotel is connected to a mall that has a very small supermarket on B1 floor which is convenient.
About the room, we had a twin bedroom, everything was fine except one night when the hot temperature went out, but this was fixed by the staff and plumber immediately.
FREE WIFI IS SIGNAL STRONG THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL!
Cafe JOT was decent for breakfast and spacious. Lots of good Vegetables, western style and korean style breakfast.
Bar Edge on the 17th floor, has a superb view of the city since there are not much skyscrapers nearby.
There is a currency exchange desk next to the reception but take note of its opening times.response / report this review -
