Fullmoon travel and tours booked our ticket from Nyuang Shwe to Yangon. They arranged a hotel pick up, which I think is neat. When we got to the bus station, the waiting area is small that only 5 people could fit inside it (please see pictures attached in this google review). Me and my friend were still able to sit on the chairs set up outside the waiting area, but the chairs set up weren't enough and other passengers ended up standing up for half an hour. The bus came in 15 minutes late.

The bus ride / experience was absolutely wonderful. But the waiting experience @ the bus station was disappointing. Please do something about the waiting station. What if it was raining at the time? I don't think your customers would be happy about being fitted inside a tiny space.
