Offers room for one person- It's rare in Myanmar. The price is good for the basic you get.

- Extremely small room (2,5x2m) and there is no actual bed - only the mattress on the floor!!!
-It is really cold during the night.
- Very noisy!!
- No towels
- Breakfast take way to long, both days + 30 minutes!
- WiFI doesn't work at all

- Noisy
- Very cold during the night (thin walls)
- Extremely small room (no actual bed, just mattress on the floor and no place to even put luggage)
- Wi-Fi extremely slow or doesn't work at all
- We booked more expensive room and they gave us the cheapest one.
- Breakfast took long time to prepare even though it was pre-ordered (30 mins).

Not so much suitable place for mental peace because of busy traffic movements but a convenient place for long route buses. Another advantage is due to location which lies in the heart of City.

Fairly price. Small breakfast included. Even shared toilet and birthroom can use hot water. Nice location, alot of restaurants and banks surrounded.

Minuscules chambres, pas de clim, à côté d'une rue très bruyante, salle d'eau et toilettes communes (une seule de chaque, on fait la queue). Très joli patio pour petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner très copieux et local (Shan noodle, salade de tofu etc.). Personnel à l'écoute, propose des treck dans la montagne

길가쪽 방은 소음이 심한건 알았지만 정말 어마무시하게 소음이 심함. 아침까지 오토바이가 부르릉거리면서 다님. 화들짝 놀라서 깰 정도로 소음이 엄청남. 그러니 혹시 도로와 가까운 방이 배정되거든 바꿔달라고 해야함. 직원은 대부분 매우 친절함. 그러나 버스에 대해서는 온전하게 다 설명해주지 않음!! 프론트에 있던 시간표(오후출발) 외에 아침출발 미니밴이 있었지만 처음엔 없다고 얘기함. 다른 나라 여행자들이 내게 얘기해줘서 알게됨. 또한!!! 계약된 목적지에 도착하기 전에 환승지역 같은 곳에 내려주고 가려했음. 내 목적지가 아닌데!!!! 그래서 게스트하우스로서는 양호하지만, 버스 연계 서비스는 매우 실망스럽고 배신감 느껴짐.

Рекомендую этот гестхаус потому что очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. С поезда встречают, дают карту города и окрестностей с полной разблюдовкой и объяснением что куда.
Комнаты двух категорий с туалетом и душем внутри и снаружи.
На завтрак выбор блюд.

Very nice and clean guesthouse. Friendly staff. Private rooms are nice and cheap. Few of them a bit noisy because burmese people like to ride noisy scooters, anyway almost all traffic sounds end around 11 pm, because is a small village and everybody goes to sleep
