Nice rooms and good value. The walls were super thin and therefore we could hear everything from the room next to us.

The breakfast was really good and fresh.

The staff workers were very nice and helpful.

Ok hostel, it I noisy because of the thin walls in the room, you can here everything happening in the other rooms. Not so good social areas but clean rooms and good location in hsipaw.

Lily the home is a great hotel! We enjoyed are stay very much and stayed far longer then we had first intended. Sraying there for almost a week I think. The breakfast is also good. Alllot of choose, even fries :). And off course some local food wich I very much liked. The rooms where also clean and we had a bath witch was a huge plus. The lady who runs the hotel was very friendly and nice. Great woman! The location is perfect. Far away from the main street to avoid the noise yet still right in the middle of everything.

Very clean and new. The breakfast is delicious with good views to the town. They organize trekking to the near zones. Lily is very kind and lovely.

Very nice rooms, exceptional staff. Lily is very friendly. Part of the family empire that runs many hotels and guesthouses in Hsipaw, it's a thoroughly considered hotel, complete with glass elevator. The environment is homey, but the construction might be my only complaint. These tall hotels going up are quite opposite the otherwise village atmosphere.

Such warm and very friendly staff. When I pulled up to the hotel after a six hour motorcycle trip from Mandalay I was greeted with a very friendly "You must be tired. Will you are home now." Lily was very helpful in suggesting the different things to see in the area.

Excellent hotel .. clean, bright & welcoming staff .. you may even get to meet Lily. Elevator takes you up to the top floor restaurant with its fabulous view.

Nicely situated, not far from a string of restaurants. &, Be sure to turn right outside the hotel, walk down hill, turn left & visit the Black House Cafe sit by the river & have a glass of local rum with a coffee. Also try the Club Terrace restaurant next door for an interesting meal.
