Just next to the Shwe Pyi Highway Bus Terminal and 5-min driving distance from Nyaung U Airport, this hotel has a very convenient location (you don't need to worry about transportation if you are travelling by bus -- 3-min walking distance).
A new hotel with green environment, a big swimming pool, and spacious garden/parking area, is what you want most in a dry city like Bagan.
You can rent a car, e-bike and tri-bike as well. Try this tri-bike for your city tour -- got a roof so no need to worry about Bagan's heat and safety as well.

Beautiful hotel with neat &clean rooms. Breakfast also quite good
The hotel is about 3 mins walk from Shwe Pyi Bus Terminal and just nearby Bagan Airport. Very clean. Hotel only 2 years old.
Nice pool which is available for non-guest at just 10,000 kjak per person.
The rooms are great. The pool is great. The breakfast isn't bad. Although it's at the edge of Nyaung-Oo, it isn't much of an issue if you got a vehicle.
There was a noisy pool party and my family was really annoyed with the loud singing starting from the evening to midnight. The singing was very loud and could be heard inside the hotel room. Management's response was not good, they did NOT take care of it. If you want to enjoy a calm, good night's sleep, I definitely do not recommend this place.
Great Service. Great Swimming pool.
This hotel has really nice hospitality services and great place to rest for both local and foreigners.
The hotel is new
The staff makes it worth it! Very friendly and worried in making your stay the best! Congratulations to the Team!
This hotel is literally a minute walk away from the bus station, which is really a bonus if you're arriving at odd hours like 4am from an overnight bus, groggy and irritable. They allow you to check-in in the middle of the night too, so that's great. It must also be mentioned that it is a 5 minute (maybe less) drive away from the airport.
That said, it is VERY far from old Bagan which is the whole point most people go there for. By bicycle, it takes 45 minutes. And if like me, you don't want to ride an e-bike for safety reasons, a taxi ride to the city area will cost you 8,000 kyat. For some reason, taxis are hard to get in Nyaung-U.
This is a pretty new hotel, so it's clean, modern and spacious. It has the basics like TV, hot water kettle, sockets, shower needs, etc.Toilets are above average. However, beds are not quite the case. I've spotted tiny bugs on my bed. The "large bed" is actually made up of 2 single beds joined together, by the way.
I had dinner twice in the hotel itself since it is quite far from anywhere else and I have to say that the food on the dinner menu is not worth the price (8000 kyat and above per dish), on average. I don't recommend eating in but if you have to, you can try the rigatoni carbonara pasta.
Like in any other hostels/hotels in Myanmar, staff here are extremely helpful regardless of the time of the day. They speak and understand English well.
Overall, I had a pleasant time but I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. It's way too far away from the city and inconvenient to travel around.
Very clean and nice rooms. Yummy breakfast.
Very clean hotel.
Probably the best hotel in Bagan. Very confortable room as same as a 5 stars. Good staff and services, clean with a big swimming pool. Cheap e-bike. Internet is very fast for Myanmar: 17Mbps (In Zfreeti only 0.1..). 5km from the center but it's worth it.
