Just arrived a few hours ago but first impression, top notch facility, top notch support staff. Extraordinary help provided on arrival at my request. Can't wait to engage the food aspects for quality and service. Expecting consistency.

Negative:
- Make sure you do not stay at this hotel on a Sunday. Every Sunday they dust the whole hotel with something against mosquitos. It looks like smoke from a fire and smells really bad. They forgot to warn us and we had to climb out of the window of our room because the smoke in the hallway was so thick we couldn't see anything. But they were very sorry about it and gave us an upgrade to a better room which was very nice.
- it is about 10 min by e-bike away from the restaurant street
- there is no safe in the room
Positive:
- at breakfast you can order your eggs as you like them
- the pool is refreshing and clean
- the rooms are spacious and clean with big bathrooms
- the e-bikes are really cool and useful, just make sure you test them first (the 1st had a flat, the 2nd was really slow but after complaining they always gave us good ones). We can recommend number 4 and 10.response / report this review -

Beatiful bungalows around pool. Great rooms. Good restaurant although clearly overpriced food and beverages.

This hotel located so near from Nyaung U bus terminal and also airport..we need about 30 minutes ride e-bike to get the downtown Nyaung U..the hotel service is good, the staffs were friendly and helpful..when i stayed there on March 2017 we arrived at 7.30 a.m and the staff allowed us early checked-in ..the room was clean, it has swimming pool. The wifi quitely slow but it wasn't big deal for me coz i don't need internet connection that much when traveling..the foods at hotel resto quitely expensive and the tastes was so-so..if u need shop u must walk to Nyaung U bus terminal..there's many of food shops..

Located near the bus station, this location is slightly far from town and the temples. However taxi service and e bike rental is provided by the hotel. We got a free full day e bike rental per room we booked for 2 nights.
Pool is very refreshing and nice. Breakfast is mediocre. Wifi is slow (although this seems to be the case for the region as a whole).
Overall, a nice budget hotel to stay at while trying to visit the beautiful temples in Bagan.response / report this review -

The double bed is 2 joined simple beds. Quiet big but the junction is painful.
The bathroom is not well agenced. The internet is quiet limited, we have a personal code and after 1 day and a half we runned out although we tried to save it. The moto helmet is super thin. When I asked them a sth which would protect me more they told me that wearing an helmet is not an obligation in this country (ok, and so?). For the breakfast, I was not even sit that a guy came very fast to me asking me my room number. I dont know if they were afraid I would have taken 2 breakfasts the same morning (?), I don't know what happened to him but it made me feel uncomfortable.response / report this review -

Nice place. Friendly staff, good beds and pillows, very clean. Can rent e-bikes to explore Bagan for a very reasonable price.

Wow, loved our stay here. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very clean and cozy room. Hotel it's located 10 minutes away from old or new Bagan via e-bike that they provide at the front desk. This place it's hassle free: information, bus tickets, air tickets, tours, etc, you can get at the front desk without any additional fees. If return to Bagan, definitely I'll stay here again. Only place that needs improvement is the wifi speed, but heck, I'm in vacation and don't need to be connected all the time.

Bagan Emerald Hotel are very accommodating and speak English well. They allowed us to keep our rooms for 5 hours after check out so we could shower before getting onto the night bus back to Yangon! We were fetched from the bus stop and taken to watch the sunrise and hot air balloons rising over the pagodas they have cars as well as electric bikes for rent. a well recommended place to stay while visiting Bagan.
