If you want to meet the sunrise on the roof - this place is one of the best in Bagan. I really remember the long breakfast in the restaurant on the roof! Wonderful view of the pagodas. The rooms are spacious and bright. Caring, good-natured staff.

We stayed there last dec. 28-30. My boyfriend planned his engagement proposal to me with the help of the hotel manager Mr. Aung Myo Htun. From the day of his booking our room, to our arrival and to the preparations of the table they reserved on the roof top, all these was closely assisted by them. The manager and all the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The room is beautiful, complete will all amenities. The bed is big and very cozy. The roof top has the view of sunrise, and the hot air balloons. They had e-bike for rent. You can rent it for a day or for an hour, so, flexible time.

We had dinner also in the table reserved on the rooftop and prepared by the staffs and Mr. Aung Myo Htun. They really put effort in preparing it, with candles, balloons and everything. It was kinda windy, but the staffs took time to rearrange the balloons and light up the candles whenever they got blewn by the wind until we just said that they should just turn on the lights so they can carry on doing their duties in the dining hall..

The only downside I noticed is their menu is quite limited. It might be good if they add more variations in food and drinks. But overall, our stay is unforgettable, thanks to the hotel and staffs. ^_^

Staff was very nice! Location is also very good, but avoid the basement, at least room 8 there. It was sold us as standard room, but is so full of mold that everything you bring into the room smells as well. The air was so bad that we tried very hard to get another room which was not possible for one night. This room should not be rented at all in this way! If I would have known before I would have switched hotel right away.

Very disappointing service: we arrived at 7:45pm for a dinner, we requested 2 beers ans a bottle of water. Then we waited for the order to be taken. At 8:45, we remind the server that we are still waiting At 9:00, a manager comes and tells us that they don't take any order after 9:00pm but finaly accepts after a short explainaition. We order fried noodles (for sure, you'll get them in 25'). At 9:40, the cooker has not started working on our meal We leave the restaurant without having eat.

The staff is very nice and helpful, they will help you call the bus company when they pick up late
Breakfast is okay, buffet kind with rice, noodle, sticky rice, toast, omlet, juice tea or cafe and fruit.
The restaurant is quite cheap and food taste good.
They have e bike rental service 10000ks for bike for 2, 8000ks for bike for 1 but the bike is quite weak
The room is nice, clean, comfortable
The receptionist hall is very hot during afternoon

Resort-like stay with a 5 star service. Hotel staff are responsive and attentive to your needs! There's rooftop dining, so enjoy breakfast with a view! 😊

The best service I had in my 3 months traveling around SEA. The staff really friendly and the manager was great. The rooms were really clean. They take care of you the time you put your first step in to the hotel till you leave. Perfect!

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff went out of their way to ensure a smooth visit and they are definitely super accommodating about the whole night bus thing. I was able to check in before 6 am after being picked up by them and take a shower before my night bus at 7 pm the next day

Room was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an injury and the manager granted me a late check out so that I could rest. Hotel also provided a taxi service from the bus station to the hotel for only 5000 kyat for a car. Even though we arrived before the designated check-in time, the manager allowed us to use the bathrooms downstairs and even told us there was a shower we could use. My friend had lost his phone on the trip and the manager was so helpful that he brought my friend to the police and even backtracked in the area where my friend had lost his phone. The hotel also provides tours and cruise packages which may interest some travelers.

The room was clean and cozy. The staffs were all nice and kind. They provided free breakfast when we arrived in Bagan in the early morning. And even let us use the shower room of staff because we were taking the night bus. Highly recommend to give it a try.

Good choice for good location, quiet, big and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice panoramic view at rooftop cum restaurant. Water is on guest account. E-bike rental is available at Hotel.

E-bike rental available at hotel for convenience. Free breakfast, water also nice. You can order takeout food at the front desk and they will prepare and bring the food to your room. The roof has a decent view for sunsets if you're too lazy to go out. There's some construction going on so if you stay in during the day you will hear some banging. Staff were really helpful with getting a bus ticket out of the city and providing suggestions for food nearby.
