Not white glove, VIP, top of the heap, but essentially Burmese and quite accommodating nonetheless. Very helpful with booking transportation.

One of my most interesting hotel nights of all time
cons
The room was quite dirty and looked like is had not been cleaned in a while.
The windows were one way mirror glass but mounted the wrong way. You can see in, but not out.
The toilet was leaking from water tank out on the the floor.
The drain was clogged with a lot of hair from previous guests.
The room smelled moldy
There were strange holes in different places in the bathroom.
One wall in the room was covered with a strange straw carpet - felt like something was covered
One of the planks in the floor was broken (pros - could be used as a a trampoline)

We could lock the door
The hotel looks nice from the outside
The beds and sheets were quite clean
The mirror in the room was really clean.
The breakfast was excellent
The staff was helpful and nice
The shower water was warm
The rooms need cleaning and renovation - this should not be to hard to fix.

room is very spacious and have family rooms. all rooms are seperated lkke a.bungaloo. food bad, waiters were not in working mood.

Rooms are basic but not very clean. The sheets were stained and the pillows stank. The beds were uncomfy. The hotel staff were not very helpful or friendly. The beer is overpriced. I would not stay here again and have stayed in much better places on Burma for the same price

I had a decent single room with two beds and working hot water. Breakfast was good - not a lot of choice but the taste was a good way to start your day. A bit away from the trucks and "downtown" area.

Bathrooms need some work on simple things like the showers which did not work, having to resort to a tap coming out of the wall! They did not work in two different rooms too tired and gave up .

Cool one. Restaurant is crowded tho but by locals, means it's good. Not far from the pick up place to go to the golden rock.
