Friendly staff. Old, but clean rooms. I paid $17 for a single with private bathroom. The man behind the desk spoke very good English and was very helpful pointing me in the right direction and booking bus tickets for. All at a price, of course, but that's the world we live in

Very bad place for the expensive price you pay. We had a double for 20$ per nights, and it was so small, dirty and no hot water!
The price is way too exagerated for this rip-off place, and when we tried to negociate, it was not possible at all and there were nothing else around, all the same prices.
Later we found another place, we recommend strongly the "Familly Guesthouse" which is way better for the same price, and the people there are much more friendly than the owner who received us.response / report this review -

Cheapest place here,room with fen 6$ for pearson..airkon with bath 10$ for pearson..nice family,they sell bus ticket too..

Terrible hotel
We paid 20$ for a double room with private bathroom. Bed and toilet are dirty and smell badly.response / report this review -

8,000kyats for a fan single room. Shared bathroom.
Wifi, slow.
A run-down guesthouse, thin bedding and power gets shut off few times a day. Wifi is slow like most guesthouse in Myanmar.
But this is the cheapest guesthouse I found. So no complains.response / report this review
