Lively, fun, old fashioned and many people are regulars, I love this place. The late owner U Aung used to sit and talk with customers. He used to point out customers who came regularly, and very high up who loved this place too.
It might sound strange but it's the UN-renovated, old look I really love and that holds the old energies and makes this place what it is.

Famous teashop in town. The late owner was well known for his political activities. Nonetheless I think this is original Seit Tine Kya among all outlets. Tea is the best taste. Recommend for Nann, Burmese Fried Rice in the morning. Sometimes people may not like because of poor decoration and noisy crowded environment. But worth to try for foreigner at least once.

It opens as early as 4:30. Great for me to have breakfast before hitting gym. I don't like the service sometimes though, waiters can be ignorant and inattentive.

Food is nice but hygiene is questionable. Can be quite crowded making it a hot environment and noisy place. Their tea is quite good tho.
