Yangon City Hall.
It is old colonial building .Itis called also YCDC Office ;Yangon City Development Committee .
Yangon City Development Committee is the administrative body of Yangon, the largest city and former capital of Myanmar (Burma). It consists of 20 departments, with headquarters in the Yangon City Hall.The committee's chairman also acts as the city's mayor.
On 14 May 1990, the Yangon City Development Law formally established the present incarnation of YCDC, delegating wide responsibilities to this body, including city planning, land administration, tax collection, and development.However, the YCDC is also responsible for duties stipulated in the 1922 Rangoon Municipal Act.

Beautiful building near major tourist attractions in downtown Yangon. Would be nice if they offered tours of the building and maybe even an opportunity to meet the mayor.

Nice hystorical building..located in the center of downtown also great spot to sightseeing old colonial buildings around..My suggest come early morning or in the afternoon till night coz the weather so hot..Overall this old but gold..

Colonial style white building situated right in the middle of the Yangon city, magnificent City Hall is one of the landmark of Yangon located next to the another landmark, Sule Pagoda.

A grand building with Western style topped with the Burmese-style roofs and facades. It is right across from the Freedom monument. Newly painted in white color, unlike the grayish color I saw last time.
