It seems to be cosy place but not actually. Parking is usually full. You have to pay entrance fee even though you go there to have some food. A lot of insects are waiting there to bite you. Additionally, service of the staffs is generally poor .

Nice place for visiting by family, friends and couples. It also has a good restaurant for locals and foreigners to have various kinds of foods.
There also has a small playground for kids and picnic area for family and friends.
While eating or sitting on the bench, visitors can watch the nice scene of Innya Lake with birds, people rowing or sailing, and nearby buildings.

Meal by the lake, before 10am there’s no entry fees for visitors. There a playground for kids and nice place for photo shoots with lake background. Beer serve after 11am with variety of food. Nice place for couples and families. Visited in the morning, it will be nice place in the evening too.

I like this place for great outdoor seating, great view and food. Good for family and friends gathering. The only problem is when getting dark, mosquitos come and it’s quite annoying.

Good place to take a rest. But when tge rain comes,u must run. There isn't too much space to get cover from the rain. And it's 10+ min walk from the bus stop. So,better if u have a car. Windy,though.

This is fantastic place. Restaurants in the garden are quite expensive. 300 MMK for entrance fee.

Kind of a artificial, Disney-World like place. Nice views over the lake. Many rich locals there. They had no cool beer.
