Stunning landscape by the pool. Delicious food and the staffs are very helpful. A top notch place for relaxing in Yangon.

Excellent place. Nice people, Delicious vegetarien food, best location. If time permit go early to enjoy location view before dinner. If we come back to Yangon we will make dinner reservation.

This restaurant is nicely done. Good atmosphere good food good wine. One of the best location to spend a wonderful evening with your love one. Make sure to go early to catch the sunset, the view is amazing.

One of the best views in Yangon. Right beside Inya Lake, the setting is so romantic and perfect for celebrations. Celebrated my birthday here and we had the floating pavilion entirely to ourselves. Chef Felix gave a lovely menu for us vegetarians and made it very special. The team at Seeds brought along a cake and sang happy birthday song! Service was the best I’ve experienced in Yangon. Highly recommend this place for an evening with your loved ones.

Top notch fine dining at a amazing location. With this menu and this quality of food, you can't complain about price. Really the only comment I have is that the service was too quick, loved to have a little bit more time between courses. Staff is friendly, but don't speak fluent English (though better than at other restaurants). If you have the money and are looking for a great dining experience, this is the place.

A fine dining type restaurant with a limited menu which changes daily. Service was excellent and the presentation of the food outstanding. Some nice wines are available and a good selection of higher end whisky and liqueurs.
The location is right on Inya Lake and there is reasonable parking available. We dined in the treehouse which seats 4 and there is another private dockside table which looks like it would suit a party of 6.
The hosts are very gracious and always try to ensure their guests complete satisfaction.
There were some unusual flavor pairings in cocktails and food, most of which worked very well for me.response / report this review -

The most friendly staff and food. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks. The location of the restaurant is very beautiful and it's perfect for romantic dinners and proposals!!!

The food, service and atmosphere are impeccable. Warm without being overbearing, classy but not pretentious. The food is thoughtful, elegant and delicious. Simple, quality ingredients creatively combined. Everything was beyond perfect. The best restaurant in Myanmar. No comparison.

Great Location i am looking forward to eat there again,it is owned by a Swiss Couple (Felix and Lucia)who are very dedicated to the Quality of the Food and Service. Definitely One of the Top Spots in Town.
