Other than long waiting line in dining hours, this branch of Golden Duck restaurant has 5 star hotel grade taste, and good quality foods with a lot cheaper price than most same standard restaurants in Myanmar. Mostly serviced Chinese foods from all regions of China. This is kind of the restaurant I will dine in everyday if I live nearby. Parking is neither small nor big. One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten!

This place offers a variey of chinese food. Especially the roasted Duck dish is the most famous here in Yangon. Other dishes are worth trying too. They have a car parking space for 20+ cars. They offer take out services where you can order from the parking car. The waiter will come and take your order and deliver the order to you. You just have to wait inside your car. The offer private rooms for group dining. You can reserve the rooms or dishes by phone here. They offer a range of set menus for 10 people with 8+ dishes starting from 1.4 lakh+ to over 2 lakhs. The dishes are quite well. You can take liquor from outside with bottle charges. I would recommend if you are looking for a good chinese or Roasted Duck restaurant.

One of my favorite places in town for a heavy meal. Good place for a family gathering. The crispy duck is one of the best.

The restaurant itself is very good in terms of ambience, facilities and breakfast.Nice and comfort environment. Clean and fresh food. Price of food & beverages is fair. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of car packing and have room charges for private room.

They take care our children and grand parents.

Seems to be popular with locals and was just on the weekday I was there. I’m not a fan of this style of food, but it was authentic. I tried chicken feet! So I suppose it depends how adventurous you are and how familiar with Asian food.

Food is okay at middle prices, but very foreigner-foreigner-friendly. Waiters lack basic English proficiency to attend to non-Burmese speaking costumers.

Environment: 3/10
This place is like your normal everyday Chinese restaurant but SUPER busy! The place was spacious but was still filled with people and staffs.
We originally went to the other branches but there was a wedding party so we had to go to the other branch.
Lesson learnt: Always call to book.

Food: 6/10
We ordered the famous Roasted duck but had to wait 30 mins for it but we were fine with that because the staff had informed us that we had to wait 30 mins from order and it was quite on time. The duck wasn't as good as expected and reputation. All the food were acceptable but not extraordinary.

Fantastic Chinese food though tastes are more local rather than Hong Kong.

Duck is fantastic and cheap at about $15 for a large plate. Other dishes are pretty high quality. My group paid about $20/head but we ordered too much.

Staff service is impeccable as they offer large umbrellas to shelter you as you walk to your car.

Nice large, open atmosphere similar to a Chinese restaurant. Book ahead as it is pretty popular!
