Royal Park View Hotel

Nice location, landscape and building are very impressive. Hospitality and food are perfected. Very cozy place and not so far to Kan Daw Gyi Lake.

This hotel has made a few big changes and the rooms look much better and smell cleaner. The hotel grounds are very well kept and the flowers are beautiful. Overall, great hotel for the price. Some small things they can improve on, their coffee was the worst I've had in a long time and no wifi in the rooms.

Bedbugs in room 107!
And Manager changed room price so be aware that a verbal agreement is not enough in this hotel.

Lovely place , friendly peoples and nice location next of the lake . We got big big breakfast every morning . If you want , you can get or order dinner .

Great rooms. Reception staff were friendly and spoke English very well but were not helpful with motorbike renting.
We ended up using their bicycles which were awful and detracted from the whole experience.
