In Burmese this hotel is called "YinShin" Hotel.
Twenty-five dollars for a night. As a lower-middle class hotel, this hotel is very good. Staffs are seem to be working to give good impression to guests.
Breakfast is not enough, however, as compared with the rate, it should say to be good.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel, great rooms, wifi, tv, exceptional staff, fantastic breakfast, evening entertainment at their sky bar, ridiculously good food and all at a very good price. Highly recommended hotel :)

Stayed at this hotel twice in our Mandalay travels, the first time for 3 nights and the second just for 1 night. The food in the restaurant is fine, but you can be waiting awhile if they are busy. The rooms on the top floor are quite noisy, but the showers are hot and the beds are hard but clean. The staff were very helpful and even stored our backpacks for the time in-between visits.

Good hotel wasted by poor design. Noisy air conditioning outlet directly above bed, stuffy room if turned off, gave you headache if turned on. Shower head is right next to the bath room door, wets the whole room whenever one takes shower. Otherwise the hotel is a very good one.

I stayed a cozy room and it fitted with my needs. Two steps to the bathroom and three steps on my bed from the coffee table. Price is reasonable, Breakfast is great! Staff are helpful heywait! Good wifi😁

Best price/quality ratio we found so far in our world tour!
Big and clean room, helpful staff, good location, roof top terrase.
They offered us early (9am!) check-in, free bicycles to go around, breakfast to take away when we left in the middle of the night..response / report this review -

Classico hotel per business. Ottima posizione centrale. Le foto su TripAdvisor non rendono quanto sia piccola la camera. Le tende nascondono i comandi di luce e climatizzatore. Quest'ultimo è troppo rumoroso, ed è imbarazzante l'idiozia del progettista/ proprietario per averlo installato : roba da calcio nel sedere! Personale gentile ed educato. Breakfast panoramico e vario. Frutta solita senza sapore.. L'entrata è occupata da auto in parcheggiozanzare abbondanti Molto economico.

The rice-performance ratio is good. frendly and helpful staff - they organize a bus for us. Clean room and a nice cooktail bar on the roof.
