Good and friendly guest house with nice breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful if not busy with playing video games. Can arrange bicycle and motorcycle rent.

It is a not too bad place for foreigners to stay there.Situated near Zay Cho marker,one of the biggest market in upper Myanmar.Many foreigners stayed there but I don't even mean that it is a best place however it is suitable for tourists who want to see real urban life in Mandalay

I thought it was expensive for what it was but the prices in big cities tend to be a rip-off.
Internet was very slow.
Location is great right near a huge veg and fish market. Very interesting to look around.
Staff organized a taxi for the boat to bagan. English patchy but ok.
Not ideal for a honeymoon let's just say.

good value. spacious and bright room, though morning prayer was noisy. clean and comfortable. staff helpful and organized. only glitch: phoned to book one hour before and told them we'd be arriving, but had to wait 40min before the room was ready. good bikes though more suited for people less tall. recomended!
