Best hotel I ever lived in!

It is closing it's doors sadly. Loved the staff and the environment.

Clean rooms, friendly staff that go out of their way to help you, great massage downstairs.

Breakfast could use an upgrade for the menu, but, food clean and edible.

Do not stay in this hotel. The staff are not straightforward. The rooms are totally dilapidated and used by the massage place below and its on a really busy and noisy main road. It has nothing to recommend it.

I give it 5 stars for the low price, cleanliness, service, and overall friendly environment. It is a 2-3 star hotel that tries hard to please it's guests.

I might be biased, as I have loved here for 8 months, but, I usually see happy faces on the customers. UNLESS: they are expecting a 4-5 star hotel, service, experience, breakfast, at a 35 USD a night establishment.

Please note: The current hotel at this location will close sometime in April and move to a new location.

Cheap prices, clean, old rooms

This is one of the cheapest clean places in Mandalay. Everything is old and worn, but the room, sheets, towels, and toilets are all well cleaned. The beds are a bit hard and the massive pillows leave a crick in your neck, but otherwise no complaints. Plus their is a large breakfast buffet. As long as you're not too picky and can eat Myanmar/Chinese food for breakfast, its a great way to fuel the first part of your day. Tip: you can order eggs at breakfast. They aren't in the buffet. Overall, there are slightly cheaper places in Mandalay but none of them this clean.

A nice clean hotel with attentive and helpful staffs. Breakfast is so so however, the supervisor or manager in the restaurant do a good job. Rooms are a bit larger than standard size. Beds are OK. However old furniture makes a turn down. A big car parking space within the property and there are guards 24/7. KTVs, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Overall, it is a very good hotel and I have no hesitation to come back here again, unless I found a better choice within similar price range.
