A lovely place at a very nice location. Rooms here are spacious and very well appointed. Spa service is excellent. Food is very tasty. Staff is responsive, helping and courteous. Surroundings are nice, great for an evening stroll. The parties just outside the bar and dining area can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Very pretty location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Large bathrooms but they could do with new showers. The spa offered wonderful massages. The food was average and food handling needs improving.

The Pine Hill Resort is like stepping on to a John Candy movie set!! The rooms are set around the 150 year old Colonial home in 3 storey buildings. A Very Campy feel here, with wood paneling everywhere. The scent of pine, of the outdoors and the cool clean air is a welcome change from the busy towns and cities. It is quiet here. The pool area is nice, and in the early evening a gentle steam rises from the water as the air temperature drops. Did not get the chance to visit their Spa, but the prices were good and they were open late till 10pm.
The rooms are roomy, and have a "campy" feel. Lots of wood and atmosphere. There are no 3 pronged wall plugs, but lots of 2 pronged ones. The bathrooms are brand new including very fancy showers.
The Bar gives a mountain cabin feel with wood and a stone fireplace. The restaurant offers a varied menu and is inexpensive.
Breakfast - This was the icing on the cake. It is offered in an indoor/outdoor area. When you walk in
you are hit with the scent of pancakes and bacon, camp coffee. The air is cool and crisp, there's steam coming off your plate of eggs or soup. Just like rolling out of your tent while camping in the mountains.
We were a little worried due to the hotels lower star rating - Don't be. A real gem and a breath of fresh air.

Romantic Getaway: lovely staff, cozy ambience, chillin' breeze, full-equiped facilities (fitness center, swimming pool, bicycle, restaurant, meeting room). In short, entirely worth to stay.
