Good service and breakfast and other service (laundry, WiFi, trekking and vehicle). No air-con but still cool in room and refrigerator and water heater.
But room of 3rd floor are hearing the sound of other side.

It's a nice place. Location for me a bit too far from town, but quiet. Staff is super friendly and flexible, room and breakfast were alright. Bed was very comfortable and it was clean. Facilities are super good: desk with chair, water, fridge, several lights and own bathroom with flipflops! :) I only missed more light (as in windows) in my room, but I saw the room in front of mine was super bright.

Fair price for the services. We paid $23 for a night in a double room. Everything was dated and the room was cold, however they did offer blankets. One front desk staff member was helpful, others not so much. Breakfast was eggs (oily) and a pancake with fresh fruit. It was standard for what we have had in Myanmar thus far. Close to train station (3 minutes) and 10 minutes from the market and bus terminal.

Pretty good for the price. Very old and humid place. Staff is ok, nothing spectacular really. Does the job for a short stay.

Nice enough for a basic place and breakfast was good. Main down point was the bathroom ceiling seemed to constantly be dripping water on to you.

If you come early in the morning (with a nigth bus) you cn pay 5$ to get early Check in. Nice dorms and good breakfast! Coffee and tea free when ever you want. Also its posible to do bonfire outside :)

I arrive at 4am, they give me a nice private room even if I ask for a dormitory for the same price. Very welcoming, they give you good advices with a map for visiting the city.

Ideal for backpackers as a stopover. The accommodation is very basic but at £8 per night for my boxroom it is cheap. Lots of hot water.
