Nice room and friendly staff but not a budgeted hotel as it is expensive. A few minutes walk from main road which is dark at night on the way to hotel. Not so much choice for breakfast.

I do recommended. Nice staff very friendly & social to guests. They have some many colorful flowers. That is very beautiful. I believe that they took reasonable price but it is worth paying. We fun playing guitars until midnight.

Their arrangements and hospitality are very poor. we've booked and paid cash to them by travel agency,before 2month in advance. They had accepted for this booking and i' reminded them again before one week ago,they have still confirmed for us. But when we arrive there, there is not available room. They(manager and owner) didn't take responsibility and nothing say "sorry" , they rejected the booking easily .i think they hired the room to another guest who can pay more.For us very difficult to find another hotel for that night at Kalaw.

For the price of this hotel the stay was just fine. The breakfast was delicious and it's a quick 5-10min walk from the main part of town.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights we choose superior room no 805 . But there is no 'even once room service ' to my room since we stay. Every night we have to ask for toothpaste , toothbrush and water to reception via phone. Bed sheets are not clean and bathtub too.
