It is a good movie theater to watch the lasted movies. The place is clean and the chairs are comfortable. The sound system is excellent. You can watch both 2D and 3D movies there. The prices range from 1800 MMK to 6000 MMK. So, it is quite reasonable. I love to go and watch there whenever a new movie comes out.

Quite an old cinema hall but still has decent sound and screen quality. The seats seem a bit too close for people to walk through to get to their seats. Washroom is clean and tidy. You can buy your water and snacks downstairs. Wish they make their ticketing area air conditioned as if it's crowded, it gets too hot.

Nice selection of movies. The small theater (No 3) was a little cramped and the projector seemed to be a little low resolution. But the 3D worked flawlessly and sound had just the right amount of volume.

I rate this 3 stars because the latest movies are on offer here, for about 3,000Kyat (about US$2.50). The are only 2 theatres (small ones inside) which are relatively new. the rest are dated, smells a little funky in the summer months, but nothing unbearable. Please stand when the national anthem is played, as a mark of respect
