A good movie theater with best surround sound system (I dunno which version but it's really feel real) feeling good for real 3d and updates international movies. Very first 3d theater in myanmar. 😉

It is a nice plaece to watch movies as there is a large rest place inside and outside of the building you can stay while waiting, the toilets are not too dirty and there are also fast food shops near the cinema.

Nice building and has good sound effects but people eat kernels and throw on the floor. Well that's actually not a Mingalar fault. However, only thing that matter is, Mingalar never show anime movie like Kimi no Nawa or something else no matter what.

Sanpya Cinema is one of the best cinemas in Yangon. Ticket buying is convenient. Toilets are a bit crowdy after the show. 3D glasses are good, seats are great. There are 3 theatres in the cinemas. When you are in Rangoon and want to watch a movie, you shouldn't forget this one.
