unable to climb up, but worth to visit and compare the architecture with the nearby Manu Ok Chaung

It's the only place where you can see the city from the Royal Palace. The view is not the best but you get to see the Palace from above. There are a few steps to the top but it's worth it. It is included on the Mandalay Archeological Tiquet.

Seems like it had a little damage so right now the stairs are closed off for repairs, you cant climb up.
