great location, newly furnished room with hait dryer, hot/cold shower, small fridge with minibr, free wifi, big flat screened TV and modern key /door opening system. it's easily noticed from main Yangon-Mandalay highway with big green alphabets "Aung Myint Mo Hotel " on top building.it's very clean and on high floor on the east wing, providing view of high mountain range and city view. one of great advantages is good for transit passenger to board bus to anothet destination within 5 minutes on foot

This place is a cheap one. Located near Chanmyatharyar Bus Station. They don't have a booking system.
Good for local people who wish just to keep their baggages and sleep at night.
For foreigners, it would be better if they have a local guide to help them communicate. Staffs in there are not very good at English.
Not a very comfortable place. Rooms are small. Lobby is noisy. It has no compound yard.

Waiter just wait for tip money but never care about service. Too crowd and people stay there who take for session, totally not suitable for long and resting people.
