  Very nice staff, most affordable place in town, and clean rooms. Nice lake view too; but room's condition could be better for its price.

  Double rooms are 15$ for foreigners and 16000 kyats for local.

  It's only $15 USD a night for foreigners. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Best hotel I stayed in Myanmar.
