  My wife and I had an excellent experience at this hotel with all the staff. Khin M. Htwe (the owner), Sai (the manager) and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
  
  I chose Golden Wing instead of another hotel. I was turned down by Dream Villa Hotel when I tried to book (Dream Villa asked me for a deposit since I wasn't a foreign tourist). Golden Wing, on the other hand, didn't have a policy of asking for a deposit. The owner, Khin M. Htwe, took the booking on the phone.
  
  Sai, the manager, and the crew were professional and friendly. We had good experience interacting with them.
  
  Our room was nice. We had hot shower. No air-conditioning. But Kalaw weather in February didn't need air conditioning, anyways. It has a balcony. We took some photos from the balcony. We can see Kalaw train station from the balcony.
  
  Breakfast on the roof terrace was included -- toast, fried eggs (sunny side up), and coffee. We enjoyed it. The view from the roof terrace in the morning was a bonus.
  
  Overall, we had an excellent experience here thanks to the staff!

  Der manager sai war super! Gutes frühstück, saubere zimmer, schöne aussicht von der dachterrasse. Halfen uns beim tourenplanen und sprachen gut englisch. Preis okay, lage auch!

  New hotel, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast room is situated at roof terrace and can see nice view of kalaw city. Available hot shower, and every room have balcony. Very near to Kalaw train station and around 10- min walk to Kalaw market. Reasonable room price! Recommended!

  Wifi de mauvaise qualité pas dispo depuis les chambres ! Lorsque j'y etais beacoup d'insecte morts par terre ! Ils ont essayé de me faire payer plus cher la 2 eme nuit que la première. Dommage la chambre était pas trop mal sinon .

  Saubere Zimmer, alles frisch renoviert, freundliches Personal (spricht leider kaum Englisch) super Blick von der Dachterrasse und heiße Duschen. Was will man mehr ;o)
