Totally worth the money, although it is at the edge of town - not an issue because you can get around easily on a bicycle provided by the hotel. Small rooms, but probably the cleanest you will find in town.

Nice and comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet, and above all super friendly and helpful staff. It's a little bit out of the center but all cafés and restaurants are just a few minutes away by bike (free to use for guests). I highly recommend this place and will certainly come back!

Brand new Hotel, staff is very nice. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are in the western way, which is kind a complicated to find in Myanmar. They also rent bike for free to see the village

Great hotel, everything is new. Unfortunately it is a bit out of town, but in 5min by this time or 15min by walk reachable. Breakfast was nice.

Booking day trips or a taxi to the airport is more expensive than downtown. Especially the airport taxi although it was a nice big car.

This place is a jewel in Myanmar. Its brand new so its inexpsinve for what you get. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The sockets can support almost all plus, so no need to worry about converters. The staff goes above and beyond to help you with anything from finding an ATM to researching day trips and finding the great rates.
The location is great - just 20 minutes walking to Live Dim Sum house (great resto).
Lastly, the restraurant has very good thai food. The coconut shrimp strater, and fish were both incredible.
Highly recommended!
