Good place to stay, neatly maintained, caring staff, good food. The sound of boat engines which ply so frequently up and down is the only disturbance but Hotel provides ear plugs in the room.
Good view of sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed. Good place for relaxing holiday!

Special experience in living on a lake. There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel. Food is nothing to scream about but staff are friendly and helpful

The bed made by wood, make noise when moving. Someone can hear every sound from the room beside. The food is not really delicious. The fruits in the freezer, coffee, water in bathroom, all are free. Many rooms has good view also.

The Paramount Inle Resort is a resort with bungalows and rooms on stilts and is well located. It surely benefited from the amazement we felt when arriving at the Lake but kept us satisfied during the 3 nights we stayed there. The staff is nice, the restaurant serves good food, the rooms are classy, and the high tower or the docks offer a great sunset (I recommend you to sit while taking a sip of their wonderful fruit shake).

The only drawback is the noise of the boats sailing back and forth (very) early in the morning as the Lake is "waking up". But I guess you would encounter identical issues when being directly on the lake.

Extremely friendly staff , simple and ever smiling. The property is on the lake and close to all major attractions like Indein Village, cat monastery, floating garden. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast buffett is decent. The restraunt serves very decent food which is also priced pretty reasonably.Good to stay for two day trip as it's on the lake and there isn't much to do at the hotel itself

Awesome in terms of having an en-suite room on bamboo stilts with a little balcony which gets the evening sun, however it was right on the waterway equivalent of the A1 and the motors on the boats that start coming along from around 5am and make it feel like you have a constant stream of helicopters in your room with you. They do provide ear plugs. Service was excellent with incredibly friendly staff.

I stayed there in a low season, July 2015. The view there for sunset was spectacular. However, do remember that the traffic by waters would stop after sunset, so essential one has to come back to the hotel before that. Leaving the hotel at the morning (7pm) was cheap via local boat. But going to the hotel anytime is a bit costly; I recommend to combine your route to a boar trip at adjacent site seeing activities for a same/similar price. The lady at the front desk was very very helpful; she helped me to call to the airline to reschedule my flight.
