  I was mighty glad to see it after bumpy old ride on the train down from Yangon, an adventure I'll never forget. No problems at all when I arrived. Approaching the station from the north, the views of Mawlamyine are superb, especially around sunset.

  Nice&helpful ticketers(two?). First place I use the train in Myanmar. compare to Bangladesh&India&Srilanka, Very clean station.

  Big railway station but few trainsto Ye, our next destination, only twice a day the first one at 04.30 am, the other one at 14.30 pmvery friendly staff, with ok english spoken
