Beautiful hotel built in traditional style. Traditional breakfast in the morning, absolutely delicious. Most interesting feature of the hotel is their vegetable garden, they even grow their own corn! Wow! A little isolated, but this is no problem if you are traveling with a car and driver or if you rent a motorcycle. No more than a 15 min drive from the riverside area.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated away from the city area which is lovely, but syill not far to travel to and from. I will sttongly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice and beuatifull place, friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast is perfect. Very nice garden! For diner you better go out, they open at 18.00 not earlier, its kinda ok food but way tomutch oil and im still searching for the taste, it wasnt horrible but it can be way better, stay inc breakfast 8 out of 10, diner 4 out of 10, bit a shame, but we only eat once maby a bad day..

TERRIBLE staff, they are a DISASTER at organizing things. They told us they would organize the bus to Hpa-An leaving in the afternoon and sent us to the station with a taxi. When we got there no buses where leaving any longer. Made us take a private car for 50000 kyats. Not funny

Although this hotel is a motorbike ride out of town, it is worth it! The staff are really friendly, nice, and helpful (and speak great English, if that's a concern for you). The room was spacious, had an A/C that worked well, and a flat screen TV on the wall (which only received about 13 channels, but 3 or 4 were English and 1 was HBO). The bathroom also had plenty of space, was clean and attractive. The shower was hot, but like in most of Asia was not separated from the rest of the bathroom by door or curtain. The breakfast was tasty as was the one dinner we ate in the restaurant.
