Nice place to shop with variety of products for every one. They do have super market, bakery, branded goods, cinema as well. The location is on the major road of Yangon, Pyay Road. Walking distance to main university, Inn Yar lake which is nice for morning exercise or even stroll.

Took the circular train and stopped here for lunch. There isn't any fancy westerners-targeted restaurants which was nice. You get to eat real local food nearby. Strongly suggest you to walk around the area. People here are much nicer than the ppl from the main city!

One stop shopping facility .

This place has everything that you want when you go out. A clean warming ambience, shopping option for dress for men, women and kids, accessories shops, body hygiene and make over products, house holds , luggage and baggage, shoes and footwear, electronic items and mobiles, healthcare machines and supplies , games and arcades , gifts, musical instruments , jewellery and even movie's. The food court also provides extensive variety of cousin that you won't need to compromise your self. On the lowest floor you also have a super market for Groceries, fruits and veggies, fish and meat, international product and diary etc. A pharmacy addes the final value to it and it's available next to supermarket. Above all you can find a currency exchange also in the mall. It's operational from 9-9 everyday. Apart from this permanent facilities, they also showcase some events during Sundays and holidays. This is certainly a happening place especially with young crowd. Parking though is bit difficult during peak hours .

There are couple of grooming center on 3rd floor and a small massage center .

It is a nice place for shopping. There has also public toilet, many jewellery shops, and cinema with four theatres. Many people come to this shopping centre and near with Novotal Max Hotel.

Very good range of shops. You can have a good choice of food shops as well as drinks. Cinema quality is also great. Have spacious car parking. Only short of food courts which becomes available in recent shopping malls.

Wasted potential for this mall. Instead of being a step to the future Junction Square ended up like a typical Burmese mall. Small and claustrophobic with small stands everywhere. Food choices are decent, but I have seen cockroaches in the food court. The Secret Garden was once busy but is now very quiet.

A good place to hangout. It has Cineplex cinema.many restaurants and coffee shops like j'don't and it's also have M cube Karaoke!

A small size shopping mall with cinema at third floor, it have 3 movies can choose for, other places only have one or two & one must be local film, here you can choose more, location is convenience, not in the crowded city nor far from the city, also have several foods to taste but not high level, the best is 6 floors car park.

Not bad. You can go there easily by bus or taxi. Cause it's located on Pyay road which is passed through by every bus route. You can get cosmetics, mobile devices, food and beverages, clothings, fancy things, etc. And it also has car parking. One bad thing is it's location which is situated on the bad traffic area.

it was best shopping mall in yangon before myanmar plaza and junction city. it is outstanding for its car parking building. Traffic around there is crowded.

Used to be the latest shopping mall in Yangon. They have this whole building dedicated for restaurants and they call it the secret garden.
There are four movie theaters there. Be careful when you talk to the ticket agents. They are just not that patient.

Nice place to visit.
Taxi is easy to find, even at 11pm after night show. Yes, it has a decent movie hall where English movies are also available.
Has KFC nearby for chicken lovers.
