  If you are going to get your car an insurance they give you free parking and you can get free coffee there. I wasn't good tho. But you can sit in the lobby and have candies while you wait for your receipt.

  Have car parking. (Parkings fees have but very safe) and also have good public toilet.security exchange also exist.You can park there and get experince of yangon downtown life.

  ကားတိုက်လို့ ပြင်ဆင်ဖို့ ပြန်လုပ်ပေးတာ မြန်ပါတယ် နာရီပိုင်းလောက်ပဲကြာတယ်။ အထောက်အထားကလဲ အများကြီးပေးစရာမလိုပါဘူး အဆင်ပြေ‌အောင်ငြှိနှိုင်းပေးပါတယ်။
