Service is not good enough compared to room charges. If you go there during weekdays, it couldn't provide Buffet for Breakfast and the reason is there is less people. However, room charges haven't been reduced as services are reduced.

Great. But not a five star experience.
Breakfast is delicious. Accommodations are good. Rooms are not spacious like any others else. Service is just ok. The swimming pool is clean though not big. Love the colorful beach view !

Lovely place to stay and enjoy beautiful nature.
But didn't suggest to go Before open season. When we arrived, room aren't fully prepared and sticky everywhere cuz of salty wind and humidity. Food was less than normal compare to other resort.
Other than that, GREAT view and quiet stay.

Decent hotel, much cheaper than other options, okay breakfast, right in the middle of town, BUT no 24/7 power, ie., no electricity in the day time. They do have a pool though. Lots of trash on the beach in front of this hotel though.

Lovely but Overpriced. Great grounds and resort but for 3 ppl and two beds was not 70 usd, but 100 usd (we didnt need another cot or bed). Breakfast needs upgrade and fresh juice and better bread. Lover View hotel is 4 km away for 25-30 usd per night w/pool and great resort. We are longer term travelers so value is essential as well as amenities. The whole area of Ngwesaung beach is fantastic. We love the people as well, the whole country shines there.

Rooms are nice and simple. Hot water has to be requested to make the coffee provided. All basic amenities provided. Hotel has easy access to the safer part of the sea. Breakfast buffet is very basic with only a few choices.

This is not a hotel it is a building site. Other photos on this place cleverly hiding the scaffold. I'm currently complaning to my tour company and give me a new hotel as none of the rooms are complete. Air con and WiFi isn't working. When we asked reception we were told there won't be any electricity until 6pm. I know this is a problem in Myanmar, however ALL hotels I have stayed at so far had a back up generator.
    Just to sum up:
    Rooms not complete
    Dirty
    Plastic over windows and doors
One room has a hole in the roof
    No electricity
Interior walls are damaged or unpainted
Also I needed a double with a single bed. The rooms are not big enough to accommodate.
Please see my photos to confirm
