Rooms need maintenance, especially AC. Need to improve service quality.

Pro: swimming pools so awsome. 2 swimming pools with seperate area for different depth. Big garden with green grass.
Cons: rooms are ancient. Price is a bit expansive. Lunch taste is sometimes too sour.

Recommended by a friend. Very pricy with services and room offered. The villa we stayed had lots of mosquitoes and mold on ceilings and walls. The smell of the villa was not pleasing at all. Expected a good breakfast promised buffet but provided one egg 2 slices of bread and some fruits. Asked why no buffet a waiter said there were only a few guests that is why buffet was not serving. What a shame for 137000 kyat villa.

It's at a good location with sea view. The hotel staffs are well trained and responsive but quite a lack of hospitality. Breakfast is good for short stay. Quite far away from the Chit Thu Myar (Lover's) Island. Hotel rooms are well furnished but the mosquitoes are present even they give the services to room to room insect killer spraying. Hotel also carried out the fogging in the compound though it is technically discouraged.

Friendly and courteous staff, but the rooms and things like TV, desks were dusty and it looked house keeping staff need to be reminded to not just make the beds, but also make sure things are clean and tidy. You get musty smell the first time you enter the room. In the room I stayed in, TV was not working (it was replaced on request). One of the lights not working and they could not fix it. Breakfast buffet was very good with wide choices of dishes. WiFi was available only at the lobby area; I was told they were working on it for the rooms. Hot and cold shower, no problem.

This hotel is literally trash for such a high price of $170. When I first got here, there were a lot of problems. The rooms I booked were not ready and the service here is very bad. I came here with my kids and none of the staff are there to pick luggages from the car for us. Me and my kids had to carry them all by ourselves. Another problem was the toilet, it was not working so we phoned the reception to come fix it. It took ages for them to come and fix it. Although they fixed it, it took along time for me to flush the toilet.

Moreover, I noticed the funitures are all old and some are even broken. I can clearly see that this hotel has no maintenance at all. The door knobs were also rusty and broken. The rooms were also inconvinient. The plugs are so tight that I cannot charge my phone.

Another problem starts when I went to the shores and I wanted to get a tyre tube for my kids but they were all broke with no air inside. But the most dangerous thing is that there are NO LIFEGUARDS.

WiFi there is also horrible. The WiFi kept on disconnecting and the con speed is very bad.

The last thing is the breakfast. The food were cold and staff were very bad to communicate with. When I asked for omelette, they gave me a cold omelette which was made minutes ago and the omelette didn’t even look like an omelette.

P.S- If people are considering to come to this hotel, I recommend not to because there is NO MAINTENANCE, NO SERVICES, NO LIFEGUARDS, NO SECURITY.

This hotel is trash. When I got here the rooms we booked were not even ready. All the furniture looks old and broken and the toilet doesn’t work and smells like poop when I got here. The bathtub is also horrible, once I plug the bathtub I cannot take it out again. The service and money we had to pay doesn’t match. This service is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
bad despite the price of $170 per night. The WiFi keeps on disconnecting and breaking, plus the WiFi is so horrible.
The breakfast is also very very bad. The food were cold and the staff are not good to communicate with.
P.S - The price is DAMN $170 and the service is 0 plus this hotel has no maintenance AT ALL!
DANGER: This hotel does not have lifeguards..NONE

A great place to stay and have fun. A pool in in front of the bungalows is a really big one and nice to swim.

Restaurant review only: We had couple of lunches and beers here as it was close from the beach. Place is nice, we even managed to stay on their sunbeds afterwards, staff was kind and food was very tasty. The only downside is the price, but I guess it could be worse :)

One of the oldest hotels in Ngwesaung. The beach front single storied bungalows are a bit tired where new two storied Executive seaview rooms seemed to be okay. The mainstream restaurants in the village are about 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is served buffet but not so much selections and the quality of the food is so so. I would hardly consider using this hotel again.
