Fabulous. Just had a delicious meal here. The veggie coconut curry and grilled red snapper were outstanding. Go and try it. Also staying in the bungalows here which are cosy and nice and all the staff so helpful and nice.

Good sea food.There is no empty room in this guest house.Always full of guests from online booking.Budget guest house in Ngwe saung.Rooms prices are same all the season like a international style.Basically all other hotels in Ngwesaung are trying to get over price from customers as possible as they can especially in holidays without paying the satisfactory service.

Good location near the beach, long and not busy beach for laying back,
Cosy and very clean bungalows, unfortunately without A/C
I liked the Mohinga for breakfast
Food is really good, they always prepare it fresh for you

Very pleasant accommodation with natural feeling of real life. Those who are chasing real "escape to beach" mood, this is the one you are looking for. It's reasonable rate too.

Not only that but the food are very delicious too.
I recommended BBQ Prawn, BBQ Chicken, Spicy Chicken Curry, Coconut Curry, and our Favorite BBQ Tuna! Well, you can ask the Chief for a recommended food if you can't pick one. Prices are very reasonable too.

The moment you arrived you will greet by Welcome Lime Juice! Services are outstanding.
Motorcycle & Bicycle are available to rent with full tank.

Look for an owner Aung OR his dad Uncle Soe. I bet you will amaze by their hospitality and services.

Very good choice of staying in Ngwe Saung. Clean and spacious Bungalows in best location. Within 3 minutes you can walk to the beach and with 10 minutes walking you reach some of the best restaurants in town.
The staff is very friendly and helpful with all your questions in English, German and Myanmar language. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is good (Mohinga!). No Wifi, as everywhere, but 24h electricity. We had some spiders in the bathroom, but hey it's a bamboo bungalow.
We definitely would book again.

Located on quiet side road it is not far from the beach. We arrived late night, or early morning if you wish, and they were not ready for us even though we mentioned it in reservation. But they handled it great! They gave us some backup rooms free of charge to have a nap and once the rooms (huts) were ready in the morning, we moved. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food in general was good. You have to try pancakes :) Wooden huts are simple but clean, given the fact, it is a simple wooden hut. Only the showers lag a bit in the cleanness.
