Always stay here whenever I get Mandalay.
Place is a bit far from downtown but this is the best choice for reasonable price with good standard.response / report this review -

Located on the way to Pyin-Oo-Lwin, can say that a little bit far from the downtown. That is also its advantage, quiet with no traffic noise. Staff are friendly. Hotel is very new. A good place to stay for a big company who wants to do big meeting or for married couple who wants to hold their wedding ceremony.

A wonderful place to stay while in Mandalay. A modern hotel with cozy and comfortable rooms, managed by efficient and hospitable staff. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious food too.

Behind the classy looks of the ground floor (big stairs, swimming pool, large reception), it felt like a giant building with no soul - lost in the far East of Mandalay. The restaurant is overpriced for the food and service offered.
The management of the hotel should be a little bit more customer-oriented and put itself in our position more often. As we say, the devil is in the details - yet many left us disappointed.
However, I have to admit that the staff is really nice and is always available to help.response / report this review -

Nice Hotel at quite place in Mandalay.
Service is good.
Rooms are OK.
Breakfast is good and can say the best in compare with other same rank hotels in Mandalay.
Can see Shan Mountain and the vast paddy fields from the window of hotel.

Highly recommended! Hotel is world class! The hotel is maintained extremely neat and clean! The staff of very friendly courteous. Rooms are spacious! Breakfast spread is huge and tasty. Had a chance to meet the Owner and she is very polite and nice to talk. She takes personal interest to ensure the guests are comfortable.

Not bad for a short stay. Pros: good room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: surrounding area, slow & unstable Internet connection, hot water is not so hot at peak hours, clogged bathroom drain.
