  Very helpful and kind staff. Seems to cater to Chinese market with decor and every number based on “lucky” 8. Just built, impressive lobby, but poor attention to finished details— big windows in room very dirty and paint stained, bathroom ceiling started leaking causing a mess. Stayed in Diamond room, 2-bdrm suite. “Master” bdrm had two single beds whereas double bed was in other bedroom due to poor layout. Breakfast had wide variety and egg to order, most dishes simple, but tasty; staff stay open late to accommodate guests.
  Location far from center in mostly residential area with bad roads. No services nearby or walkable. Taxis to center 5-6,000 kyat one way.
  Would not stay here again.

  Just an average hotel, probably for the taste of Chinese, breakfast is just normal and room is average, but heard someone flush the toilet from your next door and water running in pipe
