Nice clean hotel. Staff are helpful. No nearby convenience store. Breakfast is good and unique as its an open air rooftop restaurant (there is some sesting indoor as well)

Good hotel in a great location. Walk 25 metres from the door and you are in the thick of it. Great street food all around the area , check out 19 street.

Hotel staff/accommodations are good but the WiFi is absolutely horrible! If you need dependable WiFi for business travel, look for another hotel. Data download speed fluctuates throughout the day and is extremely slow.

Reasonably priced for Yangon at this time, good location in the Chinatown area however it's down a narrow street. Rooms are pretty nice and beds are comfortable. Only complaint is that every time you shower it literally gets the whole bathroom floor wet.
Breakfast was pretty good with a mix of local and western food, and they also had a made to order omelette bar. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. Staff were all very nice with warm smiles.
