Opposite of Yangon International Airport Buildings, in the airport compound. So, it's really close to the airport and good for people who don't want to go into the town but just stay overnight. My reason for giving 2 star rating to the hotel is it provides less than standard service as its hotel's star rating. Don't expect much morden or luxury decor there.

Staff expected me and were waiting for my arrival. The room was clean and the aircon running. The location is perfect and you can easily walk from the airport.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean but NO WIFI in the room, Only in the lobby where there is no AC and lots of mosquitos.

Rooms are large and clean and it's super convenient for the airport being walking distance from both terminals. Resturant is pretty bad. Beer is warm and the food choice is pretty sporadic.

Rooms are very basic.
However, even though they appear to clean them daily, they leave the bins full of trash and if you leave some leftover food on the table, they do not clean it.
What upset me was when I forgot the room key in their restaurant and informed them before going out and they claim that I lost the key, asking for a $10 fee for a room key which is absurd!
