We ate here instead of sleeping. Food was very good and cost is very low. Staff was friendly and polite.

The atmosphere in the garden is nice, the food is good. There is an English menu and they serve limited amount of dishes.
Noodles (Shan, two styles), salads (we had tomato and potatosalad. They were very good)
If you are nearby it is a nice place to eat. And. you can also sleap there. They have rooms with good prices.Staff is very nice & friendly. It is a 'family bussiness' in a rented house.
Would eat again if I was nearby!
One thing: you almost always need a taxi, but they are quit cheap and easy to manage.response / report this review -

Very nice place. Staff is super friendly and willing to help/advice you in your travels. One of the staff even walked us to an excellent restaurant about 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are big clean and have mosquito "igloos". The rooms had good airconditioning which is very welcome in the hot Yangon weather. Can highly recommend this place.

Probably one of the best places to stay when you arrive in Yangon for the first time. The host, WaiWai, is an incredibly friendly lady who will make sure you feel just like at home and be pleased to help you when it comes to bus tickets bookings, arranging taxi to pickup a friend etc
I stayed there for 2 weeks when I arrived in Yangon and love the atmosphere.
Located in a nice villa, there are just a few comfortable rooms: that contributes to give this great atmosphere of a family-sized guesthouse.
