Great garden and traditional bamboo/wood rooms. Good bathroom design. Easy walk to the beach. Reasonable priced.

Very lovely place at the end of our voyage in myanmar. When you arrive by bus, personnel is already waiting at the main road to catch you up und bring you to the hotel area. Stuff and manager is very kind and helps you to organize the rest of your trip.
The bungalows are situated between banana trees and this looks great. Accomodation is roomy and clean but in some details also simple what it makes give you an exotic feeling of your stay.
It's right that there are some dogs and mosquitos around. But the dogs are frienndly. Against mosquitos you will need a mosquito net for the nights!
Electricity runs from 6pm to 6am. But this ain't no problem. Get yourself and your mobile a rest! There is no wifi.
Beach ist very close. But go a little further and the more cleaner and beautiful it will get.
You can rent a real motorbike there what means a lot of fun for short distances. We went 70 km with our bike and it was an experience: very nice landscapes for the price of pain in your back because of partly bad roads.

I second what everyone else said! Loved it. Rooms are clean and cute, can hear the waves from room and lovely green garden.

I stayed here for three nights in the off season and rented one of the available bungalows. The stay itself was quite nice, especially for a budget traveller. All in all, its a decent get away, but very pricey (in main season) for what it is and not clean enough.
Pro's: Pretty bungalows, comfortable beds with mosquito nets, nice bathroom, away from the main town; very friendly staff
Con's: Quite unclean (dirty towels and bed linen, unkept bathroom, too many spiders and cockroaches inside the room and bathroom); weak single fan, which can be too little during hot nights in hot season; no wifi; quite a long walk from the city, no shuttles to anywhere besides pick-up/drop-off for arrival and departure; below-average food at the hotel restaurant, its quite clear that cooking expertise is missing; and lastly: BED BUGS!
My stay was spoiled by bed bug bites that I got during the stay here. I first thought that I might have an allergic reaction and could not look up symptoms (no WiFi), but now that I know I'm very disappointed. However, it fits the picture that I got from the place. Absolutely amazing. The bungalows are very nice and the owner is very nice and helpful. It's possible to rent bikes and motorcycles directly at the hotel
