Hotel condition is good. Rooms are big enough and neat and tidy. Pool is a little small.

But I want to warn visitors that you must confirm the type of room. We booked on 29 March and went to Chaung Thar on 12 April. At first their customer service said on phone that our room is sea front. But on the e-voucher, they wrote GV. I don't know what GV is. I just beleived them because the hotel is very high rated. The receptionists said that it is not their fault and when we asked for refund they refuse.

We have no other options but to stay at the hotel. That's why I rated 2 stars here.

Service is normal. If you are planning to have karaoke night at poolside. Make sure they have the songs you want to sing in the afternoon. Lighting for stage is poor, they do only things you ask to do.

Nice room but can be a bit noisy on the backside. Staffs are friendly. They even serve the snacks/tea at noon. The hotel beach area is clean and less crowded than the other side of the beach. Highly recommended.

Clean, friendly professional staff, good service, nice swimming pool, well maintained, good buffet, nice beach vîew, central. Only drawback, too costly for foreign tourists, who are charged three or five times more than local guests, as in most hotels in Burma. Maybe the new Myanmar will stop these double standards and apply the same rates to everyone, like it's neighbours and the rest of the world

Best resort in chaung tha. Service is excellent. Hotels rooms are clean, fragrant, and impressive with wooden furnitures. They took their service to the next level by providing sufficient bathrooms accessories, for example, they provide large containers body wash and shampoos which I have never seen in other hotels in chaung tha.
Staffs are very warm, nice and welcoming. I mean really really good with customer focused service.
Buffet breakfast has lots of menu to choose esp burmese cuisine. I highly recommend this place

stayed there for 2nights 3days as a weekend getaway and very glad I choose this resort! Customer care and services are excellent. Staffs are friendly, Cozy accommodations, reasonable price, nice breakfast buffet which contains a variety of foods to choose.
One thing to improve is the coverage of wifi hotspot since it's really poor.
Thanks to the Manager and all the crews for the best services. I'll definitely be right back soon.

In September 2017, i went to this hotel. When i was staying there, they sold my room to another one without telling me nothing . The staffs are told me to change another room. After i told them that i'm going to check out for changing my room. They gave me back the same room without sorry. I'm really wondered for the customer care service of this 4 star hotel.

Great hotel but not suitable yet for foreign visitors. Staff needs to learn English and the common areas need to be finished.
Rooms are very beautiful and confortable (except there is not electricity in the morning).

It is still building not get to the Europian standard yet and a few funny rules at the swimming pool. The beach itself is beautiful and lovely locals people.
