  Cheap price for locals but rooms are small and the smell of cigarettes that was present in the room before we got there lasted till we left. And we stayed for 3 days.

  This is our favorite hotel in the Yangon area. I have been staying here for 2 years whenever I am in Yangon.
  
  The staff is always attentive and the restaurant serves great breakfast as well as meals throughout the day.
  
  The manager, Jas Mine always makes sure that we are well taken care of.
  
  Prices range from about 30 to 70 USD Depending on your room requirements. I personally like the view of yhe Yangon River and the shipping terminal.
  
  The entrance is on Inn Street just off of Kyimyindine Kanner road right behind the Aya bank.

  Nice place to stay for a while. But not recommended for other activities. Sometimes some rooms are not very voice proof.

  Very nice hotel.very comfortable and worth price .i was stay 3 nights in superior room with pagoda view.all staffs are nice and willing to help any time .

  You are the best 3 stars hotel ever among in Yangon. You made me sleep well in your nice and clean room with best service. I love all the hotel staffs who smile at all time. Very worth it for the money. I will be there again very soon. Really like the breakfast on the top floor as well. Thank you "Grace Treasure Hotel". See you soon.
